Timothy West is a final-year medical student at The University of Sydney. He is interested in a career in oncology and has a specific interest in urological cancers, particularly prostate cancer. Timothy has a keen interest in clinical research and is currently completing an honours project looking at the survival times of men with castrate resistant prostate cancer. He also holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering with honours from the Australian National University and previously worked at Macquarie Bank, Telstra and Foxtel in commercial software design and development.
